New for 2022

We are excited to share with you new technology bringing the DJI AGRAS T30 and the Phantom 4 RTK to the 2022 season.

What is the AGRAS T-30?

We have been approved by the FAA to exceed the 55 pound drone weight limit and will be adding the DJI AGRAS T30 to our fleet of drones. This drone has an 8-gallon tank (vs 2.5-gallon) and weighs about 170 pounds loaded.

DJI T30 in Orchard Mode

We estimate we can fly 20 to 30 acres per hour at a 2 gallon per acre rate. This almost doubles our current rate of 10 to 15 acres per hour rate. What this means to you is a decrease in cost per acre. In a year with increasing input prices, We are glad to bring a possible price decrease.

T30 Spreading System 3.0

The T30’s new spreading system has a capacity of 40 kg, a flow rate of up to 50 kg per minute, a spreading width of up to 7-meters, and an hourly spreading capacity of 1 ton for urea.

T30 in Spreading Configuration

The T30 also supports real-time weight monitoring and has an anti-rotation sensor for more accurate refill alerts. When used with DJI digital agriculture solutions, the T30 can implement variable spreading, which reduces fertilizer use while increasing yield.

The DJI Phantom 4 RTK

We are also bringing precision mapping services to you via the addition of a new RTK Mapping Drone.

DJI Phantom 4 RTK

This drone will bring sub-centimeter accuracy to boundary lines and a 3D elevation element to detect terrain heights and obstacles such as trees, buildings, and utility poles. This accurate map can also be used for route planning of the spray drone allowing it to be more precise and better capabilities.

We look forward to bringing these new technologies in this coming season. While new technologies always bring new challenges, we know these challenges will be worth giving our clients the best service.
